1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Meridian Capital provides wealth management and investment advisory services. Our services are subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

All investments involve risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of investments may go down as well as up.

Clients must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Our fee structure is outlined in individual client agreements. All fees will be clearly disclosed before services commence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
